From a quiet engineer to the co-founder of successful IT companies, Capstone IT, Iconic IT, and Integris. Facing challenges as a minority female in IT, I've overcome adversity since childhood – from culture shock to financial struggles after immigrating from India. Embracing my differences, I honed my skills, becoming a sales force. My marketing and sales expertise led to winning the Technology Marketing Toolkit's 2019 Better Your Best Contest and the 2018 HTG Shark Tank Award for exceptional MSP sales and marketing. With a background in engineering, leadership, and six US patents, I bring strong sales, marketing, and leadership skills to the MSP landscape. Beyond business, I'm a keynote speaker, marketing and sales specialist, mentor, coach, and founder of minority organizations.

My journey encompasses not only achieving business milestones but also creating a lasting impact in my community. I'm deeply committed to giving back to causes close to my heart, including non-profits supporting abused children and engaging in Dial Leadership training initiatives. Additionally, my dedication extends to empowering women, as I recognize the significance of lifting each other up.
Currently, I proudly serve as the President of the West Palm Beach Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA), channeling my energy into enhancing the lives of local residents. I seek opportunities to make positive changes and inspire others to do the same. By leveraging my knowledge, experience, and resources, I strive to create a chain reaction of positivity that reverberates well beyond individual efforts.
